On November 20, 2022, the Honorable President of Turkmenistan signed the law on accession to the Convention on the Recognition of Professional Degrees in Higher Education in the European Region. Also, in the period of the revival of the new age of a stable state, improving the supply of secondary and higher professional employees of the country, improving the recognition of documents on higher and secondary professional education issued in foreign countries in Turkmenistan, and the Convention on the recognition of professional degrees in higher education in the European region. In order to fulfill the obligations, by the order of the President of Turkmenistan on March 28, 2023, the Innovation Information Center of the Ministry of Education as an authorized institution performing the functions of the national information centers specified in the Convention on the Recognition of Professional Degrees in Higher Education in the European Region defined.
