
On July 4, 2026, a discussion was held at the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan. In the course of the discussion, it was noted that under the wise leadership of our Esteemed President, Turkmenistan’s education system is actively integrating into the educational space of the world's developed countries. Extensive work is being carried out in the country to modernize the system of science and education, strengthen international cooperation and ensure that national education meets global standards. In particular, it was discussed in detail that a business trip by the teachers of the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan to Ruse University named after Angel Kanchev in Ruse, Republic of Bulgaria, took place from June 20-30, 2026. It was emphasized that this business trip was organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ program of the European Union, and its main goals were to enhance the professional qualifications of professors and teachers, exchange experience in innovative teaching methods, implement digital educational technologies, and expand international scientific cooperation.
Faculty members who participated in the "CompSysTech'26" (International Conference on Computer Systems and Technologies) scientific conference, organized as part of the business trip, reported that the results of scientific research related to artificial intelligence, information systems, software engineering, digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, information and communication systems, and the improvement of computer systems were widely discussed with scientists, researchers, and faculty from various countries.
This business trip, implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, has created significant opportunities for the faculty of the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan to improve their skills, learn from the world's leading scientific and educational experiences, integrate innovative technologies into the national education system, and further strengthen international cooperation. Undoubtedly, the outcomes of this trip will contribute to the further strengthening of relations established between the institute and its foreign partners, and to the enhancement of the prestige of the national education system in the international arena.

At the end of the discussion, participants expressed their praise and gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag and to our Esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, for their boundless efforts in improving science and education in the country, enhancing international relations, exchanging experiences with international experts, and nurturing young people into highly qualified professionals.
