Under the wise leadership of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, and based on the far-sighted initiatives of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag, the education system of our country is actively integrating into the global educational space. At present, large-scale efforts are being carried out to modernize the education system, develop international cooperation, widely introduce digital educational technologies, and bring the quality of national education in line with international standards. In recent years, the development of mutually beneficial cooperation with prestigious foreign higher education institutions, research centers, and major companies has become one of the key areas of state policy. International educational programs implemented in this area create new opportunities for academic staff and students of higher education institutions to acquire knowledge, conduct scientific research, and achieve professional growth.
Students of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University are undertaking an educational and industrial internship from July 1 to 10 as part of the educational program “Summer Energy Camp for International Students” organized by Khalifa University, located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The main objective of the educational and industrial internship is to familiarize students with the production activities of ADNOC and to study the experience of Khalifa University in the fields of education and scientific research.
During the educational and industrial internship, students gain in-depth knowledge of modern oil and gas technologies applied at Khalifa University, the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in the energy sector, research activities conducted in the university’s laboratories and advanced production methods. They also visit educational centers and museums, which allows them to enrich their theoretical knowledge with international practical experience. This internship makes an important contribution to the development of cooperation between the two higher education institutions and to the training of highly qualified specialists.
As part of the program, students will visit ADNOC’s production facilities, the Aerospace Laboratory, as well as the 3D Printing and Technical Services Laboratory. In addition, they will participate in short-term training courses on the topics of “Renewable Energy Sources,” “Well Drilling,” “Oil and Gas Engineering,” and “Properties of Reservoir Fluids.”
We express our deep appreciation and sincere gratitude to the Esteemed President and Hero-Arkadag for the large-scale efforts undertaken to develop a modern education system, train highly qualified specialists, and create broad opportunities and favorable conditions for the younger generation to receive quality education and achieve comprehensive personal development. We wish Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar strong health, long life, and continued prosperity and success in all their great endeavors carried out for the benefit of the people and the state.
